Our
Story
Co-founded by a former professional Argentinian player and a former Division 1 Ivy League Women's player, both of whom continue to play at the semi-professional level, +3 Academy is uniquely positioned to leverage their expertise. In addition to personalized training, we are more than happy to help our players out with the recruiting process in any way that we can.
As youth soccer grows increasingly competitive, we at +3 Academy believe that talent alone is not enough. More than ever, success requires dedication, commitment, and consistency. Our programs are designed to instill these values in our players, ensuring they not only develop their skills but also the discipline and work ethic necessary to excel both on and off the field.
By 2025, we plan to establish a variety of teams competing in the FYSA (Florida Youth Soccer Association.)
